Our experience with Paw Joggers has been wonderful. We interviewed several different dog walkers and Billie immediately became the easy choice within the first several minutes of our first meeting. She presented as a consummate professional from the very beginning and has maintained a professional (and customer focused) approach throughout our time with Paw Joggers. Billie and her staff have been accommodating to my sometimes late-notice travel schedule, and Jessica has done an exceptional job with our Bullmastiff/Great Dane mix. I not only feel comfortable with Billie's staff coming into our home but also with trusting them with the care of our dog.

As anyone considering the services of Paw Joggers would want to hear, Billie and the Paw Joggers team care for our 2 dogs as if they were their own. Leaving our 'kids' for the weekend, or during one of the mid-day visits we have each week, I am always confident that Jack and Callahan are in the care of people who love them as we do - individuals who need exercise, love and just some simple attention. As soon as Billie left our home during our initial consultation, we turned to each other and said "this is going to work" - and we have yet to feel otherwise. We utilize Paw Joggers for several 'paw visits' each week, and for frequent 1-4 night out-of-town stays. We receive a photo and text update with each visit - very comforting to see wagging tails and relaxed dogs. When last minute issues come up, Paw Joggers has ALWAYS come through for us. To anyone considering the services of Paw Joggers - welcome these people in to your lives - they will make them much easier!!!

Finding Paw Joggers was a blessing! We were recommended to Paw Joggers by a pet sitter who serviced a nearby area but not our area. We cannot say enough about the caring, dedication and reliability of Paw Joggers. Our 3 dogs are absolutely thrilled when Billie and the Paw Joggers team show up! They are older dogs so are not "joggers" but are regular "Paw Walkers". Paw Joggers sends texts and pictures of our dogs so we know they are taken care of and happy. We had an out of town trip for a week and after a joyous welcome home (which happens whether we are gone 5 minutes or 5 days), they still kept a lookout for Billie to show up for their nightly walk and brushing! Not only did Paw Joggers go out of their way to make sure a signature-only package was signed for, but all our plants were watered and our house seemed cleaner than we left it!

I am so happy with your service! My sister was home sick yesterday and said when Sean brought Ramsay back, Ramsay didn't want to come home. He wanted to go bAck with Sean. She said he ran to the window to watch him go. Then she said he slept the whole afternoon!! He never does that. I am so glad it is working out. We were introduced to Billie and the concept of Paw Joggers by friends who use her services on a regular basis. When speaking about her, they were enthusiastic, complimentary and positive in all aspects. Given that we both work long hours, often leaving our Goldendoodle, Barclay, at home for longer than we'd like, we decided to give Paw Joggers a try. We were also interested in finding an outlet for Barclay's energy and a way to give him special attention since we have a new baby. We have found Billie to be nothing short of kind, generous, and professional. She is a joy to be around: always enthusiastic with genuine concern for Barclay's well-being. Barclay looks so forward to his runs with Billie and bounds to the door upon her arrival. For us, that is the best indication of her character and relationship with the dog that means the world to us. She is the perfect companion for Barclay and we trust her completely in our home. We were very happy to have found Billie to walk Cicely and Juneau. They loved her and she even provided them with some obedience training during their walks/jogs together. Our dogs were just 3 month old Siberian Husky sisters when David needed bilateral cataract surgery. David usually walks Cicely and Juneau every morning. Even at only 3 months I was not able to handle both of them and take care of David. We were so happy to find some one who has enough experience and is qualified to handle our high energy husky puppies! We felt they were happy to see her every day. We will be more than happy to refer Paw Joggers to anyone interested in finding a qualified dog walker and friend.

Our experience with Billie has been wonderful. Our fur kids, Boomer and Dodger, absolutely love their workouts and I can tell they are happier due to the added exercise they receive. My wife and I both work and the children are in school all day, so Boomer and Dodger find themselves alone most of that time. It's great to know Billie is there giving them the love and attention they so deserve when we are away; not to mention the fact our home is being checked on at the same time! I have recommended Billie's services on many occasions to friends and family. She provides that extra attention our dear pets so deserve.

I want to let you know how happy we were to connect with Paw Joggers. The short notice I had before back surgery left me scrambling to find someone to walk my 3 high-energy dogs. Our dog trainer (Debbe Weissbuch) recommended you when I told her I needed some help. When you walked in, a very large concern was alleviated. My dogs can't wait for you to come in the morning and often sit by the door looking for you. Our Dalmatian, Tess loves to jog and Border Collies, Henry and Max, are as calm as could be after their walks. We couldn't be more pleased with your service.

There is no stronger bond than family, and as any animal lover knows, it is our pets that often complete a family and make it whole. Our family became complete when our beautiful, rambunctious yellow lab, Logan came into our lives.My husband and I don't have a pet...we have a "boy"...and our boy deserves the absolute best when we aren't there to provide it for him, which is exactly how we felt when we met Billie Mendoza and were introduced to Paw Joggers. Logan is a complicated "boy", not only is he a lab with everlasting energy and zest, but he also is a sick "boy" with food allergies and a pitiful digestive system.When Derek and I moved from New Jersey to Cincinnati we were in the search to find someone to help us with containing Logan's energy while we were at work but also to have patience and a keen sense to put Logan's health first. For us, Billie was that missing puzzle piece. Billie comes to our house Monday-Friday and runs Logan for a half hour and tracks his progress. When I say "progress" I mean to the fullest degree. Billie tracks Logan's runs through an application on her IPhone which shows us the distance he ran, terrain, and calories that he shed! For us overprotective and nosy parents, it's the greatest invention ever! Billie isn't just there to run Logan, she's there to give him that affection during the day and make sure he is doing ok. Billie is great at keeping us updated after her run's and will write notes to us to tell all that went on during their time together. Often Derek and I find ourselves wondering where Billie was all or lives. She is generous and unbelievably kind. Most importantly she truly cares about our "boy" Logan and it shows through her dedication and interest. There is no one else we feel more comfortable leaving Logan with than Billie. We will vouch for her and Paw Joggers endlessly!
